The Education Connection provides support via telephone and email directly to our technicians. When you call TEC it is possible that you will be transferred to a voice mail system. This means our technical staff is on-line with other TEC users and will respond as soon as possible. When you leave a voice mail message a page is immediately sent to the technician that your call is waiting so that calls are answered as soon as a technician is free. This provides you with the best and quickest service.
You may also email the technical staff and provide the information necessary to help diagnosis the problem. If there is a problem this is the way to get fast service. Our technicians are monitoring the incoming mail for service issues and will be responding as soon as possible. If you include your phone number in the email the technical staff will call if additional information or instruction is necessary to correct the current problem.
